Hybridization Probes for the LightCycler® Instruments
HybProbes are delivered in fixed molar amounts of 300 pmol, 1 nmol, 3 nmol, or 30 nmol.
Do not freeze lyophilized probes. Products are stable at room temperature. Protect from light exposure.

Storage
Store lyophilized products at room temperature or refrigerated. Do not freeze lyophilized products!
Store dissolved probes refrigerated (4°C) or frozen (-20°C). Avoid multiple cycles of freezing and thawing. We suggest preparing aliquots to be stored frozen. Keep one aliquot refrigerated for daily work. Please read the product description carefully for dilution instructions. Add 100 µl/1 nmol for a 10 µM Stock solution. For dissolved products > 10 µM take a volume = concentration in µM minus 10 µl water and ad 10 µl oligo to prepare a 10 µM solution.
