• Importante: indicare sempre il fluoroforo richiesto
  (LightCycler® Red 640 o 705).
• PIl fosfato al 3‘ („p“ o „ph“).
• La quantità richiesta (0,3 - 1 - 3 - 2x3 - 30 nmol). Senza indicazione viene fornita 1 nmol.

Primers marcati: Le marcature interne possono essere effettuate su qualsiasi base T (non però a 3‘) sulla posizione 5 dell’anello. È possibile marcare sia con Fluoresceina che con LightCycler® Red 640 (LC705 non disponibile).
