Design of Real-Time PCR Probes

The long years assistance of our customers has improved our design capabilities and we are grateful for the feedback from oue customers. Although we are going to develop more assays for kits we will continue to offer this non-charged service.

From the beginning of the new technology – 1996 with the introduction of the TaqMan assays and 1998 with the introduction of the LightCycler^® instruments – we have been involved in the development of new Real-time PCR assays for laboratories worldwide.
Upon written request we provide design proposals showing the new selected or published and established primer and probe sequences for detection / quantification and typing assays.
